While I might have wondered earlier in the week if Grace would have a 'white Christening', for today at least, Spring has sprung! It is the warmest day since October, the daffodils are blooming and everyone is feeling better for a bit of Vitamin D....
I had been past St Nicholas Buccleuch several times before, but, on this sunny day, it was even more beautiful and the light streaming in through the stained glass was stunning. Adorable little Grace looked so angelic in her Christening gown and she, along with the other children in the church were so content and quiet throughout the service...with only a little bouncing and swaying going on at the back.
It was lovely to meet Grace's friends and family at her Christening, and I hope they all had a lovely day in the sunshine afterwards. Here are a few of my favourites.....
